We are COGVIO, a Czech company of ~25 professionals building our own digital products that automate complex tasks for the pharmaceutical industry. Our products help companies with medicine pricing and access to markets all over the world (EU, Canada, Gulf). Our software is used by 8 out of 10 biggest pharma companies in the Czech republic, incl. MSD, Novartis, Pfizer, etc.

We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to extend our current sales team. Do you want to manage international expansion while exploring sales opportunities in new territories? Are you strong in building new business relationships and familiar with sales process automation?   • Searching for new business opportunities in global pharma market
  • Developing a business growth strategy and customer satisfaction
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management through to close
  • Collecting customers' feedback for the Product team
  • Leveraging sales process automation tools


  • 2 years of experience in business development/inside sales/enterprise sales (preferably in a technical service/SaaS/cloud/data) OR 1 year of experience in pharmaceuticals business (market access, pricing) with a sales experience
  • Excellent ENG business communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent phone, cold calling, listening, and customer service skills

We will need you to be able to sync up with us with the occasional video call, but apart from that, pick whatever time zone you want. You can work from offices in Prague or Brno if you want to.
