We are COGVIO, a Czech company building the digital future and fulfilling the unmet need of the pharmaceutical industry. Our products help companies with medicine pricing and access to markets all over the world (EU, Canada, Gulf). We quickly became the market leader in the Czech Republic. Currently, 8 out of the 10 biggest pharma companies in the Czech Republic use our products, incl. MSD, Novartis, Pfizer, etc.

Technically, we are building a Data Mesh platform that connects 200+ global sources of pricing and reimbursement data and delivers a new level of insights to our customers.

We are looking for a medior/senior product manager to help us with the business’s expansion. And above all we’re looking for someone who aligns with the core company’s values: Customer first, Sustainability over quick wins, Excellence, Task ownership and responsibility, and Thinking big!

Start: immediately or September/October 2022.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Senior Product Manager who will take the responsibility of the:

• Product lifecycle management — finding opportunities, roadmapping, prioritisation, iterating, review and delivery
• Cooperation with the business development team and understanding the users' needs
• Product ownership of our well-established product
• Cooperation with the current product & tech team (data, backend, frontend, UX design)

QUALIFICATION

• 2-5+ years of experience in the product development
• Proficiency in Czech and English
• Leadership & so-called people skills
• A desire for hands-on product management and willing to deep dive into the domain
• A good sense of humor
• NICE TO HAVE: pharma industry background (pricing, market access)
